This project is an important project for the City of Merritt, especially in light of the summer of fires that has raged through the hot season of 2021. Working directly with the Fire Chief of Merritt, and Chandos Construction, we worked hard as a team to create a project that fulfilled the immediate needs of the city and it’s growing demand for fire protective services.
The current design has hopefully provided much needed comfortable, functional space for the fire team and their leadership. We hope the absolute best for this team of responders, and trust that this project has helped to improve their working day to day reality, comfort level, and and sense of ‘place’ for the hall.
